DESCRIPTION:<p>Taking micro-breaks can help us realign our focus, re-energize, and avoid &lsquo;decision fatigue&rsquo;, which may impact our ability to reason and our willpower to keep working. Join Be Well UC, your employee wellness program, for a Take 5 session that will help boost your productivity when we return to our workspace, while also improving our mood and morale. This session will explore Health coaching as an opportunity to discuss behavior change, physical activity and nutrition based on your personal needs, interests and health status. This session will be hosted by Be Well UC and the Faculty Enrichment Center.&nbsp;</p>
