DESCRIPTION:<span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">Some behaviors are more difficult to work with than others, this workshop will provide one approach to considering how we can respond to particularly challenging behaviors and personalities. Based on the work of Amy Gallo, this session will share several common difficult person architypes as well as ways that individuals can respond to-- and navigate around-- those people.</span>
