DESCRIPTION:<p><span style="color:rgb(36, 36, 36); font-size:14.6667px">Gathering feedback to enhance your teaching doesn&rsquo;t have to be limited to only course evaluations. Building a reflective practice that incorporates feedback from many sources can help you make informed changes to your teaching and develop your teaching practice over time. In this interactive workshop, participants&nbsp;will explore multiple strategies for gathering meaningful feedback from students, peers, and themselves. Through activities and discussions, participants will learn how to interpret feedback constructively and implement feedback-driven changes to improve their teaching practices.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="color:rgb(36, 36, 36); font-size:14.6667px">1) Explain the benefits of gathering multiple forms of feedback throughout a course to improve their teaching; </span></p>
