DESCRIPTION:<p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size:14.6667px">This session is designed to provide instructors with some key principles that underpin effective teaching and learning. We will explore evidence-based strategies to enhance student learning that focus on improving student motivation, providing opportunities for students to develop mastery, and creating a positive course climate. We will also discuss practical applications that can immediately be used in a variety of classrooms.</span></p>

<p>By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:</p>
