Feeling exhausted or burned out?  This workshop is for you!  Join us as we explore the emotions around exhaustion and burn out. We will begin with a short mindfulness exercise to help you relax and focus.  After creating a collage about your experiences over the last few months, we will reflect on group themes.  No art experience is required as the focus of this session is not on the artwork but on expression, reflection, and sharing your experiences.   Workshop Materials:   One of the following (1) magazines, scissors, paper, and glue stick OR ability to use the snipping tool or screen shots and a word document and (2)  access to pen and pencil or computer for writing.

12:40 - 12:50 Meditation

12:50 - 1:25  Art making time/ written reflection/ time, date, sign collage

1:25 - 1:50 Sharing
