Presenter:
 
Kim Fulbright (she/her) has served as the University Ombuds since December, 2017. She began her career in the Ombuds field when she joined the Ombuds Office as the Associate Ombuds in January 2013. Prior to joining the Ombuds Office, Kim was the Program Coordinator of Activism and Education in the Women's Center at the University of Cincinnati.
Kim holds a Master of Arts degree in Women's Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University.
Kim has presented at conferences on a variety of topics related to the field of Conflict Resolution. She is trained in mediation processes, restorative justice through the Gerhring Academy and has been trained in the foundations of organizational Ombuds practice from the International Ombuds Association. Kim is a member of the International Ombuds Association.
