Sometimes the tension and anxiety of our work can make our workdays stressful. Taking a break to take care of ourselves in the middle of the day can help us feel better, be more productive, and have more patience for the people we work with. In these 30-minute sessions, we will engage in activities aimed at releasing chronic stress through mindfulness meditation and gentle yoga-inspired stretching. All faculty and staff are welcome to join this daily practice and no previous experience in yoga or mindfulness is needed. Variations are provided for participants of all levels. Participants might consider having a sturdy chair to ensure all movement activities are accessible. 

- Session runs from August 25 - December 1, 2025

- Classes are on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:30 - 1:00 pm

  • Mondays: 12:30-1:00 PM, Kimber
